Screen Capture is an app that allows you to designate an area on the screen and then record it. The most important part is that it also records your activity on the screen too, which also involves your on-screen clicks. It will not record programs with screenshot blockers on such as Netflix video streaming. Getting it to capture audio is tricky because it requires an old audio driver. The app sometimes freezes and/or crashes when you have finished recording a long video and it is processing the result.
